standard elearning course structure

A subject Matter Expert (SME) is always available, via email, to offer clarifications and to answer learners' questions.  The SME may require to communicate further with the learner via different,  means if so needed, in order to provide best response and answer.

Introduction includes: 

1. Pointers to the LMS navigation screen structure, and navigation buttons functionality. 
2. Information detailing the course scope, agenda, objectives & outcome, and other clarification about the course.  

This is the body of the accredited eLearning course subject matter. A combination of screens, notes, and video guidance (for select courses).

Each certification course will include mock practice examination(s), as well as a survey evaluating the course; we use this information for product improvement.

Practice hands on assignments are included in advanced level courses 

1. The syllabus document provide the student the specific topics and the bloom level required for the purpose of examination.
2. The glossary document is useful to clarify different terms and acronyms.
